Can I personalize the items?
Yes! All of our items can be personalized. Upon placing your order, you will be asked for the information during the checkout process. After you enter your shipping information, you will be asked for it on the following page.
What type of candy bars do you use?
For our Candy Wrappers, we offer Hershey® Chocolate Bars for large wrappers or Hershey® Assorted Miniatures for minis.
Is the chocolate included with the wrappers?
You can choose to order just wrappers or bars already wrapped for you with your personalized wrappers. You will see the option for both on the bottom of the page of your selected wrapper.
How do I put the candy wrappers on the bars?
Wrapping is simple and quick. Detailed instructions are included with each order. We recommend using a glue stick that dries clear. An average order of large wrappers takes only about 45 minutes to an hour to wrap.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept personal and cashiers checks, money orders or credit card payments which can be made through our secure server, or if you prefer, you can call in your credit card order.We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express and Discover.
How do I place my order?
You can either enter the quantity of the item needed in the space provided under the item you choose and use our easy check out system. Complete all fields and provide as much information as possible about your order.
I have something specific in mind that I don't see pictured. Will you design something special for me?
Most of our wrappers are custom made, designed just for you! Provide information as to what you have in mind and we will do our best to match your needs at no additional charge. A proof will be emailed to you for your final approval. Personal photos or logos can also be included but may incur additional charges if they need to be scanned.
What type of paper do you use?
Your wrappers will be printed on a high grade glossy paper closely resembling the paper used for Hershey's large candy bars. Bubble labels and coffee pack labels are also printed on white glossy labels, seed packets are printed on bright white packets. Scrolls can be printed on; smooth bright white, white linen, ivory linen, or ivory parchment paper.
How are your favors printed?
All of our favors are printed with a high quality laser printer. Laser printing enables us to guarantee to you that our products will not smear, smudge, run or fade.
What method shipping do you use?
We ship ground unless Airborne 2 day express or Overnight is requested.
Once I place my order, how long does it take to arrive?
We recommend that you either use our easy check out system or email/call us with all of your information so we may begin processing your order. Upon receipt of your payment and confirmation of proof, it takes 2 weeks to process your order. If you need your order sooner than 2 weeks, rush service is available for a $10 fee, please contact us to confirm we are able to meet your deadline before you place your order. We always do our best to accommodate rush orders. Birth Announcements will continue to be a priority with no added charge for rush service.
I am having a Winnie the Pooh (Mickey Mouse, Barbie, etc.)
theme party, Can you put that character on my favor?
No. These characters are all copyrighted through their respective companies and it is illegal to use them without a license. I will work with you to incorporate the theme into the wording and colors.
Will I see a proof before my order ships?
All of our customers will receive proofs of the final product before it is printed. You will receive an email attachment with your proof. We ask that you carefully confirm that all the information is correct, if no changes are made, this will be the final product and The Sweetest Memories cannot be held responsible after this point if there is a misprint.
What if I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order prior to the printing of your order, you will be assessed a $10 cancellation fee or 10% of the product price, whichever is greater as a great amount of time is involved processing your proof. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have printed.
What if I don't see the design I prefer on the product of my choice, however I find it on another of your items? Or if I like the font on one item, verse on another and graphic on yet another?
Nearly all of our designs, graphics, verses as well as fonts are interchangeable. If you don't find what you are looking for on one item, but find it on another, simply request that design, graphic, font, or verse. We will do our best to incorporate it for you. Keep in mind, because of the difference between the sizes of our various products, some design and size adjustments might occur in order to accommodate your request.
What fonts do you have available?
The Sweetest Memories has a very large assortment of fonts, too many to list. We do our best to accommodate all requests for fonts. You will find a link to "font samples" on every product page.
I really like the proof, however I wanted some changes made, is this possible?
Once you receive your proof, we allow 2 changes per product, please feel free to ask. If we can accommodate your request, we will. Our goal is that you are happy with the end result and that you receive the product in the manner that suits you. We strive for customer satisfaction.
