Orders as processed as they are received. Candy wrappers, seed packets, bubble labels, scrolls, coffee packs, tea packs, unless otherwise stated on the product page have a 2 week processing time. Other items generally ship within 2-3 business days. Please check the detailed description at the bottom of the product page to check processing time. When ordering chocolate, we strongly advise our customers to choose 2nd day air as their shipping choice during the warmer months. The Sweetest Memories will guarantee the chocolate to arrive unmelted only if 2nd day air is chosen. We are located in Florida, therefore, we highly recommend 2nd day air shipping from April – October. (Customers who reside in the South-Eastern U.S. please contact us to see which shipping option we recommend). Please keep in mind; we may contact our customer and recommend upgrading shipping options outside of these months if warmer than normal temperature are experienced. During the warmer months, if 2nd day air is not chosen, The Sweetest Memories will not accept responsibility if the chocolate is damaged/melted during shipment. This may include but not be limited to; melted chocolate, flattened or misshaped chocolate caused from the warm conditions.
If a customer requests to see a sample of the product before shipment, The Sweetest Memories does reserve the right to ship an order without the customer’s confirmation of the proof. If The Sweetest Memories feels it has made sufficient attempts at contacting the customer, we are unable to contact the customer either via phone or email, we will at our own discretion, decide if the order will processed or not with out confirmation of proof. This will be decided on a case by case bases.
Return Policy:
At The Sweetest Memories, we stand behind our products and our customers. That is why we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our merchandise, we'll exchange it or credit you with purchase price.
Certain restrictions Apply:
* No return on personalized items such as favors, printed invitations, or food products. Unless there was an misprint on part of The Sweetest Memories.
* All return or exchanges must be received by The Sweetest Memories within 15 days of the customers delivery date of the merchandise. Refunds will be minus shipping and handling charges. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
The cost of merchandise will be refunded to your credit card within 7-15 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise in its original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for return package that are lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend using a carrier such as UPS, or Fedex so you the customer can retain proof of delivery. Return of product must be made within 15 days of receiving merchandise.
