We accept money orders, cashier checks, personal checks (personal checks are subject to a 10 day hold until the check clears) and credit card payments which are made through a Secure Server (SSL) or you may contact us either by email or call us at 1-800-906-9330 to process your payment.
Promotional or Fundraising Orders
If you are interested in ordering our products for your promotional or fundraising needs, we ask that you contact us either by email or call us 1-800-906-9330 for pricing.
Rush Orders
We have a 2 week processing time for some of our products. Processing times are listed under “Detailed Description” at the bottom of the product page of each product. If you need your products sooner, there will be a $10 rush fee assesed to your order. We ask that you either email or call us 1-800-906-9330 prior to placing your order to confirm we are able to process your order in the time needed.
Full Size Hershey's® Bar (1.55 oz)
Our full size candy wrappers are designed for the regular size Hershey bars, 1.55 oz. They can either be ordered as wrappers only or pre-wrapped on bars for your convenience.

Assorted Hershey's® Miniatures
Our mini wrappers are designed to fit the assorted Hershey miniatures (not nuggets). We offer 3 options; minis can be ordered pre-cut, ready for you to wrap; already wrapped on bars; or for our cost conscious customers, we offer them uncut. You will receive 12 wrappers to a sheet with easy to follow instructions and cutting guides for your convenience.

Coffee Packs
Each silver pillow pack, sealed to lock in the freshness, contains 2 oz of pre-measured coffee to make one aromatic pot of coffee (8-10 cups). Our Coffee packs come with a glossy label design of your choice, including your personalization information or message. Our coffee packs can be used for weddings, bridal showers, anniversaries, retirements, promotional gifts, holiday parties, and much more.

Scrolls
All layouts, sayings, and font styles are interchangeable. If you don't see what you are looking for, email us and we will glady design it for you. You can use one of our many sayings or provide us with your own. To protect scrolls from damaged during shipment, scrolls will be shipped flat. We will include the rings or ribbon color of your choice.

Bubble Labels
Our personalized bubble labels are for the .6 fl oz bubble bottles. All our glossy labels can be personalized to match your theme. Bubbles can be used for any occasion. If you would like bubbles for a different occasion, email us and we will design it for you. We offer just the labels for the bubbles. Labels can be ordered in sheets of 30 labels

Shipping & Handling Charges
All items are shipped ground. If you require quicker shipping, please select this during check out or contact us. **Due to warmer weather, when ordering chocolate (typically March through October), higher shipping costs are implemented to assure your product arrives in the proper condition. We ask that you contact us so we may find the most affordable shipping rate for you depending on your location. To obtain lower shipping costs during this season, we do recommend ordering wrappers only.** If you would like to obtain shipping costs for our products, you can process your order and upon checkout, before your payment is processed, you can view your shipping and handling charges. The Sweetest Memories takes all necessary precautions to assure your chocolate is shipped properly to protect it from damage during the warmer months. However, we can not be held responsible for damage caused by delay in shipment by the carrier. We also require that all shipments containing chocolate be signed for upon delivery. Please provide us with an address where someone will be available to receive the package. Recipient must be available to sign for the package on the first attempt, if the first delivery attempt fails, we can not be held responsible if damage to the product occurs. In cooler months, should unseasonably high temperatures occur, we will contact you advising that there will be an additional handling fee added to your order so we may ship in a cooler.
Canceled Orders
If an order is cancelled prior to the printing, you will be assessed a $10 cancellation fee or 10% of the product price, whichever is greater. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have printed.
